Before you apply

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission requires the following be complete before this permit can be issued.

  • Hold an active TABC license/permit (or qualify as a nonprofit under §30.05)
  • Local-government approval if required by the city or county
  • Submit File-and-Use Notification (FUN) form via AIMS
