Journeyman Electrician License

Licensed to perform electrical work under the general supervision of a Master Electrician.

Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation requires the following be complete before this license can be issued.

8,000 hours documented on-the-job training under a Master Electrician
Pass the TDLR Journeyman Electrician exam administered by PSI
Pass the required state exam (administered by PSI on behalf of TDLR).
Submit fingerprints for a criminal-history review through IdentoGO (service code provided after submission).
