Combative Sports Combatant License

Boxing and MMA combatant licensure.

Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation requires the following be complete before this license can be issued.

Annual physical exam and bloodwork (HIV, Hep B/C) within 180 days
Federal ID through ABC / MMA registry
Submit fingerprints for a criminal-history review through IdentoGO (service code provided after submission).
